No more sweat in my eyes November 29, 2008 David J. Chamberlin (Dallas) This product works just like they say it does. I'm a heavy sweater and it's helped me tremendously. I highly recommend it.
Addictive November 5, 2008 Seamus Abshere (Princeton, NJ USA) I wanted a headband to go running. The "gutr" works perfectly---keeps the sweat out of my face and eyes. What's more, it's comfortable and somehow addictive... I find myself wearing it while doing chores around the house.
Works better than it looks September 26, 2008 M. Joe Ma (central FL) I am a recreational/endurance runner and bought this per the introduction of Runner's World magazine about two years ago. It has become a most helpful aid to my runs (training or race) that lasted longer than 45 minutes. It directs sweat coming down my head from my eyes to my ears (then down my neck), and I no longer need to hand-wipe my eyes or forehead every five minutes during a run. I wear eyeglasses at all time and earplugs sometimes during workout, and the Sweat Gutr can be worn without interfering with either. I have not worn it with a running cap, but would be very surprised if they cannot be worn together. For people who exercise with head in upright position (biking or spinning would be different) in duration longer than 30 minute in a warm environment, I highly recommend this durable and excellent product.
sweat catcher September 17, 2008 Truc Nguyen (Memphis, TN) i was disappointed in this product. sweat was still dripping down my face. it also leaves a "tan line". I would rather wear a bandana.
Sweat Stopper August 13, 2008 J. Harmond (MS) I was skeptical about getting this, but the sweat in the deep south was too much to handle. On my first run it took a short while to get used to it. After a couple runs I no longer notice it is there. Others can see it up close, but from a distance it is not very noticeable. As for the work, just as advertised. I place it as close to the top of my sunglasses as I can and only have to wipe sweat out of my eyebrows on the longer runs. Now I wear it for all my runs and will continue to do so.
