Great Buy! January 7, 2009 E. Wilson After doing weeks of research on watches this was my final choice. Its a great watch! I would recommend it to those in need of a durable, stylish watch. No complaints here. The only thing i wish it had was a luminecent light. The hands glow, but trying to tell what time it is difficult in the dark because you cant see the face.
Casio Men's G-Shock Geiz Series Multi-Band Solar Atomic Watch December 2, 2008 S. J. Schoenewald (Williamstown, NJ USA) Way to go Casio! This is the watch I have been wanting for a long time. Should have bought one sooner. It was easy to set up and now I don't have to worry about batteries and not having the right time and date. Since receiving this watch, I checked the time several times a day against another verified source, to see if the watch was keeping the right time. I now trust the time indicated as true. Was worth every dollar I paid. I highly recommend this watch to anyone needing a "set and forget it" new watch or replacement.
Super Complicated November 20, 2008 Roger Faria (San Diego, CA) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
This watch is complicated, and super slow to adjust. You definitely need a lot of patience to sit and play around with it. Every time you press a button, you need to wait for all hand to do a complete revolution of two, before you are able to adjust any thing, the hands move real slow during the revolution, and every thing locks up. Once adjusted it look cool and works fine. I would say the adjustment part of this watch really really really sucks....There are 27 different cities you can adjust your time from, and every time you move to a city, you need to wait till to hands move to that cities current time, moves really slow and you can only go foward.
A BAD JOKE, HORRIBLY FRUSTRATING October 13, 2008 Robert Kaimowitz (New York, NY) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I have a $70 G-shock which keeps great time... and has great features.. and thought I'd buy this one too with the analog display.. what a MISTAKE. Avoid this watch at all costs... it does not pick up the atomic signal, even while my other G-shock show a strong signal strength... this watch is impossible to navigate, impossible to set the time.. I've had it for 5 days now, have read the manual 17 times and cannot get this watch to the right time... to update, or to do anything its supposed to do.. very very frustrating
Watch watch July 12, 2008 Charles W. Yates, Jr. Looks good. Keeps excellent time. Complicated to use, but good, if lengthy, instruction manual. Watch band leaves something to be desired. Well worth the price.
