When you add this product to your cart, you may not notice that the product description changes! As a result, I got a velcro, spikeless, ugly shoe instead of this nicer tie-up, spiked shoe that I thought I was ordering. Be wary!

I ordered this shoe from Amazon. On Amazon's website they said that there were 4 available. I placed my order and when it came, a completely different shoe came. I have to pay to return it and I don't get my previous shipping and handling returned as per the store themselves. It's not the companies fault, it is Amazons fault.

When I made the order of 6 1/2 W online, it was said "there is only one left in stock and hurry." But several days later, I got another shoe through UPS and it was not the pair I ordered. I mailed the wrong shoe back and urged to get the shoe I ordered. Then I got a refund 10 days later with just the shoe price without original S/H and mail back fee I paid. I talked to customer service guy of Golfsmith, he said they don't have the shoe anymore but I told them I just checked Amazon and it said 6 1/2 W is still available. He said they don't have it anymore and they asked Amazon to remove that already. For at least three weeks, Amazon still didn't remove an unavailable order after GolfSmith requested it? True or not? I don't know but anyway I requested my S/H and mail fee back and I received the credit after a week.
