My gift came without the monogram paper to "color" the initials. Worthless without the blue paper. How do I contact the manufacturer to get refills?

The other review is right, it isnt super easy to use, but it does slap your initials on there. I'm sure you could get a more expensive version that works a little better, but if you are looking for a device to get initials on a ball, this will do it, you just need a little patience.

It is a terrible product. Cumbersome to use and the results look terrible. Don't by this.
